FREQ Command
Applies to: DLOG mode. Can be set and read in any mode; takes effect only in DLOG mode.
The FREQ command sets the output data frequency in DLOG mode. This
command does not affect the behaviour of the OSC and DMM modes.
The command accepts output data frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 0.9 Hz in
steps of 0.1 Hz, and integer frequencies from 1 Hz to 10 Hz. Any other
value is rejected with NAK:x. Note that the ADC is fixed at 100 kHz, so an
average is computed in order to obtain the desired output data
frequency. The average depends on the FREQ value: if FREQ = 1, then
100 000 samples are averaged to produce the output current value.
