GAIN Command

Applies to: ALL modes (general purpose). Password protected.

The GAIN command reads or stores the calibration parameters. It is password-protected to avoid accidental calibration loss; see the PASSWORD command.

Command Format:

W	GAIN:POS:<gain>	ACK / NAK:x	Store the positive-gain calibration parameter
R	GAIN:POS:?	<gain>	Read the positive-gain calibration parameter
W	GAIN:NEG:<gain>	ACK / NAK:x	Store the negative-gain calibration parameter
R	GAIN:NEG:?	<gain>	Read the negative-gain calibration parameter

If the password protection has not been unlocked, the unit replies with error code 23 (Password required); see List of the Error Codes.
